SanomaWSOY's financial reporting during 2005

SanomaWSOY will publish its year-end statement of accounts for 2004 on 10 February 2005 with target time of 11.30 a.m. Finnish time. Interim statements in 2005 will be published on a quarterly basis. These will appear on 4 May, 4 August, and 2 November, with a target release time of 11.30 a.m. Finnish time.

SanomaWSOY's Annual Report for 2004 will be published as online version during the week beginning 7 March (week 10) and as hard copy during the week beginning 14 March (week 11). The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for 12 April 2005 and will be held in Helsinki.

SanomaWSOY will hold a Capital Markets Day for analysts on 12 May 2005.
